So I went back to work after having time off from an injury, so I haven’t been able to write about my eating and exercising and what not, so here’s the low down!
There’s been a couple of days I’ve eaten poorly and exercising is almost non-existent, but I’m joining the gym (again) tomorrow but I actually feel good about it. I just feel like I have more free time to actually go to the gym now (which doesn’t really work because now I have a full time work).
I looked at my reflection in the mirror and was actually disgusted with what I saw. Four months until my deadline, I CAN DO THIS. I hope /:
